Wardak University Journal of Natural and Applied Sciences (WJNAS) is an open-access international peer-reviewed academic journal published biannually by Wardak University. The journal welcomes the submission of Original Articles, Short Communications, Invited Review Articles, Technical Reports, and Letters to the Editor that meet the general criteria of scientific significance, originality, methodological rigor, and academic excellence in all fields of natural and applied sciences.
Fields of interest are Agriculture, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, and Computer Science. The journal particularly focuses on experimental research, applied scientific studies, agricultural sciences, computational sciences, environmental studies, data science, interdisciplinary scientific research, and innovative technological approaches related to the natural and applied scientific disciplines.
We also accept papers on novel scientific approaches, advanced methodologies, and interdisciplinary research that could advance experimental and applied work in the above-listed academic fields. Within four to six weeks of submission, the journal aims to notify authors of the initial editorial decision on their manuscript or manuscripts in order to ensure transparency, efficiency, and timely academic communication.
Aim and Scope:
The primary areas of study for the Wardak University Journal of Natural and Applied Sciences (WUJNAS) are Agriculture, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, and Computer Science. The mission of WUJNAS is to disseminate high-quality research findings from scholars and researchers in the fields of natural and applied sciences, expand the scope of scientific knowledge relevant to Afghanistan and the global academic community, and promote scientific awareness through credible academic publishing.
WJNAS provides researchers, academicians, and students with an organized and professional platform to present their scientific knowledge, research outputs, and experimental findings in a systematic and internationally recognized academic format. The journal remains open to in-depth scientific examination, academic growth, innovation, and continuous improvement in order to strengthen research culture and scholarly development within Wardak University and beyond.

Peer Review Process
Peer review is defined as the process of subjecting an author’s scholarly work or research articles to the critical evaluation of independent experts who are specialized in the same academic field. The peer review process encourages authors to meet the accepted scientific standards of their discipline and ensures that unsupported claims, weak methodologies, or unverified interpretations are not published without rigorous expert assessment.
The Wardak University Journal of Natural and Applied Sciences (WJNAS) follows a fair, transparent, and rigorous double-blind peer review system. In this system, the identities of both authors and reviewers remain confidential to ensure objectivity, academic integrity, and unbiased evaluation. د ژورنال په اړه
وردیکا د ټولنیز علومو علمي-څېړنیز ژورنال د افغانستان د لوړو زده کړو وزارت د تحقیق، تالیف او ژباړې ریاست د جواز نمبر RCTD-GNJR-0108-25 له مخې، د ټولنیز علومو په برخو کې د کال دوه ځل په جلا ټوکونو خپرېږي.
وردګ پوهنتون د علمي معاونیت او تحقیقاتو آمریت هڅه کوي چې په اوسني علمي نړۍ کې خپله ونډه د علم د ودې او پراختیا لپاره ادا کړي. له همدې امله ژمن دی چې اصلي علمي څېړنیزې مقالې (Original Article)، مروري مقالې (Review Article)، موردی راپورونه (Case Studies)، لنډ راپورونه (Short Communication) او ادیټر ته علمي لیکنې (Letter to Editor) د ټولنیز علومو په بېلابېلو برخو کې په ملي ژبو خپاره کړي. همدارنګه په دې ژورنال کې علمي مقالې په عربي او انګلیسي ژبو په ملي امتیاز هم د خپرېدو وړ دي.
د مجلې تحریر هیئت او علمي بورډ د نشراتو اخلاقي معیارونه مراعاتوي او د هر ډول سرغړونې پر وړاندې لازم اقدامات ترسره کوي. همدارنګه دا باور لري چې تحقیقی اخلاق او نشراتي پالیسي د ټولو اړخونو (مسوول مدیر، سردبیر، تحریري هیئت، ویراستاران، کتونکي او خپرونکي) فعاله ونډه غواړي، ترڅو د اخلاقي چلند پر معیارونو توافق وشي. دې مجلې د ټولو اړخونو لپاره اخلاقي اصول او معیارونه ټاکلي دي. له ټولو څېړونکو څخه تمه کېږي چې د اخلاقي اصولو او معیارونو بشپړ پابند وي.

څرنګه چې علمي څېړنې د ټولنو د اړتیاوو د پوره کولو لپاره ترسره کېږي، نو د علمي څېړنو خپرول د وردګ پوهنتون له مهمو او اساسي موخو څخه ګڼل کېږي. د پوهنتون علمي معاونیت او تحقیقاتو آمریت ژمن دی چې په راتلونکي کې د څېړونکو له لارې په دغه علمي – تحقیقي مجله کې د نوو او اصلي علمي څېړنو په مرسته د ټولنې واقعي ستونزې وڅېړي او د علمي مقالو د پایلو له لارې د ټولنې د اړتیاوو یوه برخه پوره کړي. همدارنګه هڅه کوي چې د علمي مقالو د خپرولو له لارې په هېواد او سیمه کې ښه علمي مقام ترلاسه کړي.
